🧠 The Drop In — Edition 001

Your Flow-State OS for Peak Performance

---

### Welcome to The Drop In

A few years ago, I enrolled in a course by the Flow Research Collective, founded by Steven Kotler. It was a six-week intensive that paired deep neuroscience with 1:1 coaching. My coach? A neuroscientist. The goal? Mastering the mechanics of Flow State.

That experience rewired how I approach work, creativity, and performance. I walked away with a clear understanding: Flow isn’t a mysterious force—it’s a trainable skill. One you can trigger on demand with the right knowledge, structure, and discipline. Since then, I’ve built a new personal OS—one that integrates flow into my everyday operating rhythm.

This newsletter is the distillation of that journey—and it’s for high-performers like you.
